The damper batter comes ready to cook over the open fire. Instructions and home-grown/made jam included. Nothing beats fresh, hot dampers (a bit like scones but yummier!). The ultimate camp food for an afternoon snack, breakfast, or to have with cheese and meats for dinner.

2.) Homegrown harvest
Come gather with me what is in season - fresh veges to cook on the barbecue and tree ripened fruit to slice and eat with wine.
Price and quantity depend on season.

3.) Dinner

Cook your own home-grown dinner over the open fire.
I'll provide yummy sausages, potatoes and seasonal herbs and vegetables from the garden (let me know if you want to come with me to harvest these). You get to play gourmet caveman and cook it over the fire while you enjoy the sunset.
$50 per couple

3.) Breakfast cereal
My scrummy  home-made muesli toasted  in honey.
Served yoghurt and seasonal fruit.
$25 per couple

4.) Camp cook brunch.
Bacon, free-range eggs and seasonal veges supplied (it’s a full farmer’s brunch to set you up for the day). 
Get up in your own time and be the gourmet chef over the camp fire.
$50 per couple
