Sharing the knowledge to raise your own fresh, flavoursome, organic, nutrient-dense, food.

I have  grown my own healthy food in the  Waikato for over 15 years in an integrated ecosystem containing over
500 edible plants and a wide variety of livestock.
Friends tell me I am lucky to have such abundant, tasty food, but it is not luck.

It is planting and nurturing and harvesting and making it happen.  And that takes effort, planning and knowledge.

I am a researcher, writer and speaker passionate about growing a wide range of food with
maximum nutrition and minimum environmental impact.


As well as developing my own property, I have worked and Wwoofed throughout North Island NZ on a variety of properties. 
 I have a nationwide network of specialist growers, and am continually researching.  


With a Bachelor of Experience (Be) from the School of Common Sense (Scs) after a lifetime of living on the land, I can
share practical, personalised information about a wide range of ideas, what worked for me,
​and more importantly, how it could work for you.

My property is open to groups by appointment
and I am available for public speaking, workshops, private consultations, and design.
