You could simply tour the property and see how a organic food forest matures and learn about what aspects you could apply to your own situation. Or you can choose a skill to learn - I can cover just about anything regarding how to live from the land - from how to kill a chicken, through to grafting trees, 101 ways to increase fertility (and why this is sooooo important) through to making breads/cheese/soap...
